Founder’s Statement

ASE Recovery was not created overnight. It grew from years of practice, study, and personal transformation.

My journey into bodywork began through movement as a dancer and later deepened through seasons of personal health challenges that required patience, resilience, and rebuilding. Those experiences taught me that healing is rarely instant—it is a process that unfolds through consistent care, careful listening, and respect for the body’s natural rhythms.

Over time, I began helping others through massage therapy, and what started as individual sessions gradually evolved into a structured recovery practice. Working with clients recovering from surgery, chronic pain, athletic strain, and everyday stress revealed how powerful thoughtful, attentive bodywork can be when delivered with skill and integrity.

ASE Recovery is built on the belief that every client deserves care that is attentive, professional, and responsive to their unique condition.

Philosophy of Touch

Touch is one of the most powerful forms of communication between practitioner and body.

The practitioner’s role is not to force change, but to listen carefully through the hands and respond with skill, patience, and respect.

Touch should support the body’s natural ability to restore balance rather than overwhelm it. Pressure is guided by tissue response and the client’s comfort.

Standards of Care
