These sessions are designed to help you move efficiently while minimizing unnecessary strain on race day.

Post-Marathon Recovery

Recover with Intention After the Race

After completing the marathon, your body requires intentional care to restore balance, reduce soreness, and support recovery.

Post-race sessions are structured to address fatigue, tightness, and inflammation while helping your body return to optimal function.

  • Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS)

How Recovery Is Supported:

When to Schedule:

Pre-Marathon:

  • 3–7 days before the race

  • Light sessions 1–2 days before race day (optional)

Post-Marathon:

  • Within 24–72 hours after the race

  • Or anytime your body needs recovery support
